Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Zarrar Holidays. They govern the contract between you and us for all pilgrimage and travel services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using the services of Zarrar Holidays, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients booking any Hajj, Umrah, Ziyarat, or ancillary travel service offered by Zarrar Holidays.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Zarrar Holidays. The confirmation email constitutes your booking contract. Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours and are subject to change prior to confirmation due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, and currency exchange.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is payable immediately. Zarrar Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment is not received by the due date.
4. Pricing
All prices are stated in the currency agreed at the time of booking (PKR or USD). Prices include only the services specified in the package itinerary. Zarrar Holidays is not responsible for expenses not explicitly stated, including but not limited to personal shopping, additional meals, laundry, or optional tours.
5. Passports, Visas, and Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid for at least six months beyond the intended return date. Zarrar Holidays will assist with visa applications as part of full-service packages; however, we cannot guarantee visa approval as this is at the sole discretion of Saudi Arabian authorities. Visa rejection does not entitle the client to a full refund.
6. Health and Medical Requirements
Clients must comply with all health requirements stipulated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, including mandatory meningitis vaccination. Zarrar Holidays strongly recommends adequate travel and medical insurance. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions should inform us at the time of booking.
7. Changes by the Client
Any request to change travel dates, accommodation, or other booking details must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Name changes on airline tickets are not permitted after issuance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zarrar Holidays acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and ground service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the acts or omissions of these third parties. Our total liability to any client, where established, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific package.
9. Force Majeure
Zarrar Holidays is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, epidemics, government restrictions, or airline insolvency.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
