We understand that circumstances can change. The following schedule governs all cancellations and refunds for Zarrar Holidays packages. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@zarrarholidays.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive and confirm your written request. Verbal cancellation requests are not accepted.
Non-Refundable Elements
Certain components of your package are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. These include the initial deposit, visa application fees, airline ticket issuance fees, and any services already rendered by Zarrar Holidays or its third-party suppliers prior to cancellation.
Flex-Cover Option
For clients who require greater flexibility, Zarrar Holidays offers a Flex-Cover option on select bespoke packages. With Flex-Cover, cancellations made up to 30 days before departure are eligible for a travel credit equivalent to 100% of the cancellable portion of your package, redeemable within 24 months. Please ask your consultant for details at the time of booking.
Cancellations Due to Visa Rejection
In the event that a Saudi Arabian visa application is declined, a partial refund of 50% of the total package value (excluding visa fees and administrative charges) will be issued, regardless of the date of rejection. We strongly recommend obtaining visa approval before finalising other travel arrangements.
Cancellations by Zarrar Holidays
In the unlikely event that Zarrar Holidays cancels your booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction, airline failure, etc.), we will offer a travel credit or alternative dates. No additional compensation is payable in force majeure circumstances.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 working days from the date of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Zarrar Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Amendments vs Cancellations
Date changes or itinerary amendments are treated as modifications, not cancellations, provided they are requested more than 60 days before departure. Amendment fees may apply. Changes requested within 60 days of departure are subject to the cancellation schedule above.
